Online bookings and payments for local businesses in Ely, Cambridge and across East Anglia

Get paid before the customer walks in.

Your customers book and pay online before they turn up, whether that's a deposit, a pre-order or a monthly fee. No more no-shows, chasing bank transfers or "message us to order". We set it all up in 10 working days, and you own everything.

Fixed prices from £395. No monthly fee unless you choose a care plan.

Three ways small businesses lose money every week

"They just didn't turn up."

No-shows

An empty slot is income you can't sell twice. Take a £10–£20 deposit when people book, and most of them turn up.

"I'll transfer it tonight."

Chasing payments

Late invoices, cash in envelopes, bank transfers that never land. Send a payment link and you're paid before you've packed up the van.

"Message us to order."

Lost orders

People who want to order at 10pm go to whoever lets them. Pre-orders and click & collect keep taking orders after you've closed.

What are no-shows and unpaid jobs costing you?

Rough estimate £2,160 a year 4 × £45 × 12 months

Four packages, each at a fixed price

Pick the one that matches how you get paid. You pay half to start and half when your site goes live. The prices are the full amount, with no VAT to add.

Common questions

Who holds the money?

You do. Payments go straight into your own Stripe, Square or SumUp account, set up in your business name, and then to your bank. We never handle your customers' money or card details.

What if a customer wants a refund?

You refund them in a couple of taps from your payment app. We write a clear cancellation and refund policy for your site, so customers know the rules before they pay.

Do I need a card machine?

No. Customers pay online on their phone. If you already have a SumUp or Square reader, we connect your website to the same account so everything is in one place.

What does a care plan cover, and can I cancel?

Hosting, security updates, a monthly check that payments are working, and a short report of the money taken. Growth adds an hour of changes each month. Plans run for 12 months, then month to month.

Will the payment page look like my business?

Yes. Customers pay on Stripe's secure checkout, which shows your logo, colours and business name. It lists the ways they can pay: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card details never touch your website, and banks run their usual 3D Secure check.

Will my customers find it easy to use?

Every site is tested on real phones. Buttons are big and prices are clear. We follow the WCAG 2.2 accessibility guidelines, so people who use screen readers can book too.
